At Austen Gianna Naturals, we want you to love your products and feel confident shopping with us.
Because our products are personal-care and hair-care products, we maintain a limited return policy for health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only when:
The product is unopened and unused, or
The product arrived damaged or defective.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Products
Used, opened, or altered hair-care products are not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety considerations.
Return Timeframe
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Your order number
Your name
Reason for the return
Photos of the product, when applicable
Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from us first.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow your financial institution additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible unopened, unused, damaged, or defective products. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Final Sale
Products that have been opened or used are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
